Return, Cancellation & Sales Policy
Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales made through Fitment Lab are final.
Because many of our products are custom ordered, special ordered, built to customer specifications, or shipped directly from manufacturers and distributors, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing from Fitment Lab, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order and agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before the order has shipped or entered processing with our manufacturer or distributor, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has:
- been submitted to the manufacturer,
- entered production,
- entered fulfillment,
- been assigned a tracking number,
- or has shipped,
the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
Approved cancellations made before processing may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment processing costs and administrative expenses.
No Refund Policy
Fitment Lab does not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Found a lower price elsewhere
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by freight carriers
- Installation costs
- Labor charges
- Alignment costs
- Mounting or balancing charges
- Customs fees
- Vehicle modifications required
- Ride quality
- Cosmetic preferences
- Customer no longer wanting the product
Once payment has been accepted, the sale is considered final.
Special Order Products
Most wheels, tires, suspension components, and accessories are considered special-order merchandise.
Special-order items cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged after the order has been submitted to the supplier.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for verifying:
- Year, make, and model
- Bolt pattern
- Offset
- Hub bore
- Brake clearance
- Lift or lowering requirements
- Tire size
- Vehicle modifications
- Local laws regarding wheel or tire fitment
Fitment Lab may provide recommendations based on available information; however, the customer remains responsible for confirming final compatibility before purchasing.
Mounting, Balancing & Installation
If complimentary mounting and balancing is offered, it is provided only if conditions permit and is solely under the discretion of Fitment Lab.
Fitment Lab is not responsible for installation costs incurred by third-party shops.
Shipping Policy
Estimated shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Fitment Lab is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carriers
- Weather
- Manufacturer delays
- Inventory shortages
- Customs
- Labor strikes
- Natural disasters
- Events outside our reasonable control
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Damage
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Visible freight damage must be:
- Noted with the delivery driver before signing.
- Photographed.
- Reported to Fitment Lab within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Defective Products
Products believed to be defective are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Fitment Lab does not manufacture the products we sell and does not provide independent warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection, approval, and warranty procedures.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Fitment Lab first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Submitting a chargeback after agreeing to these Terms without a valid legal basis may constitute a breach of contract.
Fitment Lab reserves the right to provide all documentation related to the transaction, including but not limited to:
- Signed invoices
- Signed financing agreements
- DocuSign records
- Payment records
- Customer communications
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Product photos
- Website Terms & Conditions
to banks, payment processors, financing companies, arbitration providers, courts, and law enforcement when necessary.
Financing Purchases
For purchases made through third-party financing companies, including lease-to-own providers or financing partners, all financing agreements are separate contracts between the customer and the financing company.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the financing agreement regardless of shipping time, manufacturer lead times, or delivery dates.
Questions regarding financing payments, account status, or financing terms must be directed to the financing provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitment Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product sold.
Fitment Lab’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid to Fitment Lab for the product giving rise to the claim.
Attorney’s Fees & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to a purchase from Fitment Lab shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The prevailing party in any legal action arising from these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs to the extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, signing an invoice, signing financing documents, submitting payment, or completing checkout through our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Return, Cancellation, Shipping, and Sales Policies.
